50 Shades of Grey The Movie
August 3, 2014 at 8:26 PM

So ladies, did you read the book? Do you plan on seeing the movie?  I personally had no interest in reading the book and have no interest in seeing the movie. What about you? One more thing, for those women who want to see the movie. Are you going to go with the man in your life or your girlfriends.

UPDATE: Wow i really didn't think i would get such a response, thank you all for making this a very interesting and enjoyable forum, for me anyway lol! I learned a lot :)

I read all the books, and plan to see the movie.

I was snowed in back in February so I decided to buy the books on iBooks, and liked them more than I thought I would. Either way I planned on seeing the movie. Lol

The books are shit so the movie might actually improve upon it. However, I don't want to see either of those people without clothing. Blech.

Tried to read the book but couldn't get past chp 1 so no interest in seeing the movie, the trailer looked really lame also.

Hate who they chose for Christian and Ana, so I won't see the movie.

Read the books. No interest in the movies. If I had a physical copy of the books they would be kindling for a campfire.

I have read the books, not too sure on the movie. I watched the trailer on fb and thought the actor playing grey didn't portray him right. I'm a stickler about small details...
After the Eragon movie was a total and utter flopping mess of disappointment, I rarely watch movies based on books.
I do however really want to find and watch the To Kill a Mockingbird movie, as I heard by several English teachers and friends who have seen it that it was just as good as the novel.

    I tried reading the book...

    It was pretty awful...

I might rent the movie though... Can't be worse than the book...
