poppadums anyone??

Making butternut squash curry for dinner and we only have 3 poppadums left *gasp* does anyone know how to make them with all purpose flour? I don't have any garbanzo bean flour handy :(

    Ingredients

    • 2 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
    • 1/4 C. whole wheat flour
    • pinch curry powder
    • semolina
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp. oil
    • 3 Tbs. warm water
    • oil for deep frying

    Directions

    Combine the ingredients to make a firm dough. Divide into 12 pieces and roll into balls. Roll out very thinly on a floured board to 1/16-inch thick. To trim to neat circle, cut each with a 5-inch cutter. line a tray with paper, and sprinkle with semolina. Place the poppadums on the tray and dry for 2 hours in a warm place until brittle. To cook, deep fry in hot oil at 375 degrees, turning over once, for 1/2 minute.
