Exercising moms get in here!
July 18, 2013 at 1:17 AM

I'm new with all exercising! I am 10 weeks postpartum. I did a few of these post before. But now I am serious about doing it. My plan was to do

·         Do 10 Push-Ups

·         100 Crunches

·         90 Second Plank

·         25 squats

Everyday. My main focus is to get rid of my belly fat. And I need a butt. I have a flat butt lol

I have no arm strength. I tried to do the push-ups and I could only get 3 done. Is it okay if I stop there for today and work up to doing 10? Also does anyone have any other recommendations? Should I do rest days? How many? Thanks

Definitely do a rest day. Try doing the squat challenge, it worked really well for me.

For the pushups I would try to do all 10. Even if you do 1 then rest then do another 1 then rest until you get all 10 done.

The fastest way to get back into shape is to combine cardio & strength. I workout 6-7 days a week....1 hour each day, but Saturday is my hiking day. I hike for 2 hours on Saturdays.

That's so easy, and I'm over 100lbs overweight.
