Hello,

I have developed some changes in my forefeet  and toes .Maybe from wearing heels too much.I have difficulties when i have to walk longer distances.Especially und my toe joints (balls of my feet). I have callouses and corns there...and finding shoes is really not easy. I cant afford any operation in the moment (maybe there is anohter way,I dont know).Does anyone know what I can do ?

This is a picture of my left foot.So you can see what kind of problem I have.

Maybe someone has a similar problem and got some advice ?

Thank you. Kelly

wear flip flops or comfy sandals. Walmart sells "earth shoes" that are the comfiest sandals on the planet. stop wearing heels, they're not good for your feet or back :(

Omg how tight were the toes? Wow. Yea put the heels down . Loose flats and allow them some space. You have bunyon from hell. You need a dr though that is beyond home treatment

My mom's family has that happen & they all needed surgery to fix their feet. Mom had hers done 2 years ago & can wear any shoes she wants now plus her feet don't hurt hen she walks.

You need to have foot surgery.  You have a bunion on the side of  your big toe. The rest of the toes are hammer toes. Looks like this problem is all caused by the big toe.  Only solution is surgery. Do you have insurance?

Hammer toes can often be cured by correcting the problem that caused them.
No more heels. None. Roomy, well fitting shoes.
Care for the callouses and bunions....
