My 3 year old son  and baby daughter along with dh lived in a cramped apartment that was much like the size of a studio. The only difference is it had two rooms. It was around 450-500 square feet inside the place(there was storage and a very small deck).

So now we are in a place that is roughly 850. It's amazing what difference that makes lol.

Oh and dd has her own room now and not out in living room.

about 400 sq ft. It was very small, but my ds was only 6 months old at the time.

The smallest place I ever lived in was just under 1400 sq ft.  At that point it was DH, myself and two kids they were 5 and 2 at that time.  Our current place is nearly 3000 sq ft.  and our kids are now 10, 7 and 4.

Ex husband and I started out in an efficiency apartment when we had our DD. And then when DS was born we all lived in a small ass 1 bed apt.

I honestly love the townhouse that I live in now with my kids and SO.

Smallest? With just our oldest it would have been our old trailer(1000 sq ft). With all 3 of our kids the house we live in now is the smallest we ever lived in. And it's 1700 sq ft

Our smallest was a single wide trailer that was two bedrooms, small bedrooms, but we had two kids. Had to makeshift the dining room into a room for my daughter. It was cramped. But honestly, sometimes it feels like I was happier then than I am now.

    Roughly 600 sq ft 1 bedroom apt...4 adults, 1 baby, 2 dogs.
The master bedroom in SILs house...me, DH, and DD. We rarely ever left the room so it was a basically a "home" itself.
And a small motel room again me, DH and DD. Sort of lived in 2 motel rooms actually, so we did it twice.
