Mom Confessions
Since the Sitcom, Big Bang Theory, gained popularity. The shear mention that my husband is a scientist typically leads to the "Penny" comparison. Seriously, just because my husband is a physicist doesn't mean I am his proverbial "Penny."
The comparison is quite annoying and kinda insulting.
Any other scientist's wives out there experience "Penny" moments?

Nope can't say I've ever had that happen, but DH is a chemist not a physicist like the guy on the show.

Not a scientist's wife, but a scientist's daughter. I am from Los Alamos, NM...the only reason for the town is the Los Alamos National Lab (first atomic bomb). So lots of Amy Farrah Fowler's, not many Pennys.
