Mom Confessions
My DH has a disease called McArdle's disease. This is a glycogen storage disease. His body struggles to brake down complex sugars and doesn't store as much as his body needs. Anyways, he over exerted himself yesterday and he couldn't move! I had to help him into the tub; he was that sore. I also had to help him out and dress him this morning.. He STILL went to work today... Well, his boss just sent him to the hospital because he was in so much pain, he also has myoglobinuria, from over exertion I hope he's ok... I hate when he gets like this :(

Nope, he usually takes creatine, vitamin B complex and a few other vitamins to help with it, that and drink sugary drinks. For the myoglobinuria, they might put him on an IV. He's never been this bad before! I tried to get him To go this morning, but I guess he just needed his boss to tell him he was being silly too..

He's done it REALLY good this time, do it ought take him a few days or a week..
