By 18 mos Except for one who was really early (14 mos) and the one who was really attached to her crib...lol She was 2 1/2 (the others were escape artists)

We haven't yet. DD is 19 months. We'll probably convert the crib to a toddler bed within the next few months--just have to take off one of the sides and add a partial rail for safety.

Is there a reason one of you switched one at 14 months? My son is 14 months now, but I dont know how you know when they are ready.
