dont eat meat at every meal, buy raw (potatoes, rice, etc) instead of premade food..oatmeal, not lunch meats(processed and expensive)..i am alone and eat for $125 a month..i buy bread, cereal, oatmeal, rice, potatoes, lettuce, milk, cheese, soup,
not mac n cheeses....oh! grilled cheese and soup is so awesome!!!!
