I've been watching cold case files, disappeared, basically any crime show. I'm wondering how often people go missing and are actually never found, or are actually found alive after years.

I can't imagine how painful that is. People are so evil. Why can't they just write a letter to the police dept saying where he body is. They could do it anonymous. I'm sure evil people like that enjoy knowing someone is in pain over something they did though.

I just wish her parents could find some closure. There are a ton of rumors. If that one is true (even though the co-worker said it came from his mouth, who really knows ya know?) I wish they could find the body and let those parents do the unthinkable burying their dd. They are so sweet. They ride in the St. Patrick's Day parade every year with a sign "Find Kara Kopetsky" and the date she went missing with her picture. The emptiness in her eyes makes me cry every year. She is a sweet lady too. I was part of the group that went door to door and met at the high school and passed out flyers everywhere.

No doubt. I heard the story an old coworker heard straight fromj the bf's mouth, and his other friends verified.
They don't have solid evidence or a body. She was into drugs too though. They told him it was an overdose then they buried her under the back patio then layed more cement.

Sweet that one is so sad I am from Oregon and have been reading and checking up on it and hoping she was found. But nothing yet...

I don't know these people personally, but a baby went missing a few years ago. Her father refuses to say where she is, and the mother doesn't exactly act innocent, either. Something is very off with the story. Google "baby Kate Ludington MI" to see what I mean.

One year we took my friends baby brother trick or treating,he was 1 and 1/2 and the time,well it was starting to get dark,around 9pm,So we decided to go inside,I put the candy bags away cus it was too late for sweets,and when i came back in i had to go to the bathroom,I didn't see baby Josh anywhere,so i assumed she had put him to bed.Well when i came out of the bathroom i noticed the front door was sitting open and my friend was running around screaming his name,She told me to stay at the house while she went and looked for him,She came back about an hour,she found the flashlight he was carrying but no sign of him,So we called the cops,and they went looking for him too,We've never seen him again,the thing is,it was only about a 5 minute time span,and he was just learning to walk,So he couldn't have wandered very far,It was just weird

not personally but i went to school with Shelby Dasher. her son went 'missing' and they found him less than a mile from her house murdered.
Shelby totally did it. -

I knew an escaped felon who was on America's Most Wanted and was taken back into custody (after 15 years).

I knew 2 girls in middle school who went missing a couple months apart.
1 girl went missing, the news spoke to several people including the girl who went missing later on.
They both dissapeared on their way to school. It on only a 1/4 mile driveway that they had to walk to get to the school bus stop, they never made it.
They were found sevearl months sfter the second dissaperance. Their bodies were hidden in the back of the house that the school bus stopped at.
