go to the er, they can give you a shot, I've had to do that a few times.

I had menstrual migraines for years....didn't know what they were and I was going to the ER every 3 months....finally did acu and NO more migraines at all...and it has been what, 5 years??? worth every penny!!
Look, the "needles" are as big as ONE hair on your head,..they are tiny and acu is super relaxing....very healing. My 12 yo dd went also for her head aches...and I ask you the same thing I asked her: Do you think it hurtds more than your headache?? No way!! and you can get IMMEDIATE relief.

Oh that sucks....Get the kids settled with a movie or in bed, take whatever you can take, and try to get some rest...Is there anyone who could take the kids for the night or stay with you and watch them so you can rest?
