So, I was driving by Mc Donalds and saw a Mom walking out with 2 children. They were BOTH holding HAPPY MEALS!!!!! Who feeds that garbage to their kids? Seriously? I got their plate number, should I go ahead and call cps?

Call the state welfare fraud office too - because obviously they're on PA, and still eating like shit. Once she gets her kids taken away, there's no reason why she can't get a fucking job and pay back all the money the state has been giving her for those kids. Every single dime.
Be sure and keep a running tally on that, too - with interest.
