Do you expect your dh/so to buy you something for Valentine' s day? Do you buy something for them as well? I don't think I will get anything because he forgot last year . We were going through complications from my pregnancy that resulted in a miscarriage . I let that one slide... but this time, I think I would be hurt if he doesn't get me a card. I want to feel special & needed as well on that day lol

Yes I do expect a gift as we always celebrate it.
I get dh a little something as well. I also have already lined up a sitter for when we celebrate Vday, -
a picture frame with a pic of both of you....

i dont have a husband or a boyfriend..so i buy something for my kids..ive been doing that since they were little.

yes i expect something from my husband. a flower, a card, a box of chocolates, something. i usually get him a nice card and then he gets laid on V day. he jokes that V day is vag day. hahahahah hes kidding

I used to be like that until I got with this guy . We been through a lot in one year since the miscarriage . I guess I just want that reassurance on that particular day...
