Mom Confessions
I teach high school and I had a confrence with a kid who has been acting up and her parents.
The girl started acting out in the meeting, telling her mom what she was going to do, telling me to shut up, calling me a liar when I had the grades to prove it ect.
The girl called her mom a bitch and her mom smacked her in the mouth. The girl didn't bleed or cry. just put her head down.
I cant help but feel satisfaction. I had to hold in my laughter. This little terror has been distruptive and disrespectful since August. Im glad parents are parenting.
What would you have done?

My mom always threatened to come to the school and embarrass us by whooping us in front of our class if we misbehaved! A pop in the mouth was just a warning..lol

If parents were parenting I doubt shed be as much of a beat that she is in class. I fail to see any parenting win here -

haha thats funny but seriously though when i did that i got in trouble when i got home from school that day my mom wouldnt get me while i was at school she waitied till i got home

My stepdad taught at my high school and knew my grades before I did most of the time. I ALWAYS had to be the teachers pet. And surprisingly, the only class I ever got in trouble in was his (I got caught texting) and my punishment was that I had to tell my mom. I would have liked it better if he just sent me to the principle. lol
But I guarantee that if my dd behavs like that, she will get poped in the mouth too. Not hard. But hard enough.

My mom would've taken me to the car and done it there, and so would I. That being said, I wouldn't call my mom a bitch even as a grown woman. That's atrocious.
