What can I eat for dinner without going over?!?! Wahhhhhhh!!!!!!

    Salad. Use a spray on dressing so you don't waste calories on dressing.

    Sugar free jello with cool whip free. Yum there is dessert :)

    Salad with a light spray on dressing. Have a fruit, some fresh veggies and a tall glass of cold water.

    Eat what the other ladies suggested and eat a pickle (no calories usually) or sugar free popscicles.

    No, its going to suck. I ate pancakes for breakfast and threw my whole day off. Ugh. Thanks though, I like apples.
