    Salad, a small apple, a handful of carrot sticks. Uh..that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

    Lol, I recall a coworker losing weight for her wedding. I caught her licking a cracker in the break room once!

    I don't think it will hurt to go a little bit above as long as it's healthy food you're eating and not processed junk. I would have a salad with some carrot sticks and two egg whites fried in a non-stick pan.

    Veggies are a good bet. Your body is hungry for vitamins and nutrients, not calories.
