Planning to do this with a friend... its been a while...so anyone have any really good freezable recipes to share? we both have families of 5

yes... my friend is often so busy at dinner time so I told her I would do this to teach her how

We have a whole bunch of ladies get together for a monthly bake exchange
We each sign up to make one thing then exchange
Ie if i sign up for lasagna I make 20 lasagnas and bring them to the exchange and come home with 20 different meals
A lot if popular ones are casseroles

Chicken and rice mixed with cream of mushroom soup
We get a lot of soups
Mostly pastas in with some meat veggie and sauce

Goulash
Just to name a few -
This never occurred to me. I like to prepare fresh meals but this sounds like it would lighten up my afternoon and give me more time with the kids and dh. Sounds tempting.
