Natural mamas, really need help!

My sister keeps getting a rash under her armpits and doesn't know what it's from. It's not fungal. She's gotten an antibiotic for it before, but it comes back.  She doesn't typically wear any deoderant so I don't think it's a reaction to that.  Any idea what she could use to get it to go away? Tea tree oil doesn't help.

Eta: She doesn't shave, use antiperspirant or deoderant.

No, she's switched detergents and actually makes her own now and she doesn't have the rash anywhere but her pits. I thought about heat, but it's freezing ass cold where she lives and she doesn't get hot and sweaty. lol

I would try maybe an elimination diet to see if maybe it's something in her diet causing it.

Is she using any natural cremes or deodorants that could be blocking her pores there?  That is what it sounds like to me...either that or razor rash.

Idk, I just texted her to see if she shaves. I'm sure she does, but probably not often since her dh is only home once every month or two. lol

My husband gets very dry skin in the winter.  Could that be it?
