3 day military diet... UPDATE

Has anyone done this? Did you get results?

UPDATE:

Well ladies, I started on Friday morning at 139.4 lbs... This morning I was 137.2. Not a huge difference. Day 1 was easy and I felt great. Day 2 SUCKED for me. I was hungry, had a headache and didn't have any energy. But then day 3 I felt great and had tons of energy! I will not be doing this diet again, but I'm glad I tried it. :)

    I had that problem too! A cup of green beans is a lot!

    For this particular diet you don't loose water weight but you can loose muscle mass quickly which is just as bad.

    If that is stuffing you something's wrong. Stuffing you full of nitrates preservatives and empty calories is about it

    Or you could just eat healthy and exercise to lose weight.

    Why not lose weight the healthy way? Eat right and exercise by doing it slowly you will set good habits that are harder to break then fad diets.

    No. It'll cause you to binge at the end. You have to start slow and make changes gradually or it'll never last.
