Nope I dont. They can have some popcorn or fruit for a before bed snack if they like but I do desserts mainly on Sundays only.

No, he eats quite a lot at meal time and doesn't favour sweet food, so he usually has his dinner, then a drink of milk and off to bed

I make desserts every once in a while. Maybe 2-3 time a month. And DS usually has a snack before bed.

We eat dessert maybe like 3x a week but she doesn't get a snack before bed. That's what dinner is for :/

No always.  Sometimes they get a cookie, sometimes fruit. Sometimes nothing.  Depends on how much junk they have had.
