I don't want to sound like I can't take a joke and I got a stick up my ass but I don't really think it is funny.  It just shows how ignorant some people are.  I know a lot of "ghetto" people receive pa but a lot of people that aren't really ghetto are on pa.  I am not on pa but still find it distasteful.
