    The one that bothers me the most is when someone uses "advise" wrong. "I need advise"...uh noooo, you need "advice". Advise is a verb. I can advise you, I can give you advice. It's not hard people.

    How about loose and lose? I see these misused nearly 100% of the time online!

    affect...to influence   (Affect my Attitude)

    effect.....the result of a cause  (remember the "cause and effect" in science class?)

    lose... "win or lose"

    loose.. not tight.... too loose


    hmmmm. I know there's more. I was lucky to have a teacher that gave us tricks to help remember the definitions.  (thanks Mom!!!)
