Because he's creepy. How did the kids get there? Why just those kids? Why was he prepared with toys to hand out? Why has his story changed so much?

I'm not a conspiracy theorists. However, I'm currently watching a video about it and I gotta say, Im halfway convinced it was all a hoax

 yes and he has every right to be if his story is true.  he did do the right thing... but the details don't add up.
