I think names can help/hinder with people's preconceived notions.
Really, I think a stellar candidate is going to stand out no matter how many silent vowels and apostrophes their name has. However, I do think a poor name could have the potential to slightly hinder a child professionally if they are struggling as is.
I do no think that just because you name your child Day'Zee because that is their aunts name backwards, they will be a stripper, but I do think that the type of parent who thinks Day'Zee is a good name might not consider future implications for their child of crazy names.
Eh im still indecisive, I feel like times have changed enough for it not to matter, but at the same time there will always be that one HR recruiter/realtor who wont call back a person for a job or apt.
