What diet? Daily calories, meals, exercise program, etc.

This. If you truly want to lose weight, you need to readjusted your way of eating. And how you cook it. You need to learn portion control and need to have self control when it comes to sweets and things like that. You need to burn more calories than you eat. But at the same time you need to eat enough calories during the day. There is a group on here, healthy weight loss. They are really good and will be able to give you how many calories you should eat a day with your information. I was 290 in August of 2011. Now I am down to 234. I am still going. My goal weight is 150.
