This is my most active group so I'm posting here for a quick answer. Should I treat my dd's fever with Tylenol even if nothing else is wrong with her? She is acting fine but running a slight temp, just over 100 degrees.

Only give Tylenol if it's over 102 in my opinion.
Low grade fevers are good for the body since it's a sign of fighting an infection. Just keep a watch on her.

Personally I don't treat for fever unless it's over 101 or they are having discomfort!

No. Her body will fight it off. Fever is actually a good thing. It means the body is fighting the illness. -
That was quick, thank you all. I was thinking along the same lines but was a little nervous since it is flu season.
