how can i make sure she stays awake.im trying to break bad sleeping habits.she usually sleeps til 12pm and im desperatly trying to break that cycle.so i decided 8am is a good time for her to wake up so she could have a nap 11am-2pm ultimately making her go to bed earlier than 2am.but she refuses to stay awake.any ideas??
The waking her up an hour earlier is a great idea,instead of four hours earlier all at once.but she fights sleep BAD but once she is asleep she could stay asleep forever.any advice on bedtime? ive tried everything including CIO :(
your best bet is to put her to bed an hour ealy and wake her up an hour early everyday till you get to the hour you want
