To grocery shop for 1 month. Family of 5, one is a year old. No allergies. What do you buy?

    anything you want that is on a super sale.  I had to look a 6 different supermarkets to find great bargains.  For example, Shoprite had their can can sale, with cans of veggies at 33 cents a can, and Western Beef had chicken quarters for $0.49 a lb.  Hope that helps.

    Id have to know what I.had on hand.
    (Flour, sugar, can food, frozen, basic pantry, seasonings and how many kids in school!
    Also.what stores you have.

    Jeez, I don't know. I spend about $600 a month for my family of 4. I guess I'd have to get less picky. Good luck!

    Eggs, Beans, Rice, Flour and big thing of yeast to make your own bread, peanut butter (big tub), a few whole chickens (these can be used for 2 meals each), maybe a huge pack of ground beef that can be broken down into 3 or 4 separate things for separate meals, broths to make soups, noodles and spaghetti sauce, oatmeal tubs for breakfast, frozen vegetables
