Let's say fostercare went bankrupt and all kids would be displaced.... And would be killed if they couldnt find a home for them in 30 days. (Something crazy drastic.)

Absolutely. We fostered for 5 years but closed our home after our third adoption because we now have 5 kids and 3 are considered special needs. But if a child needed me I would certainly be there for them. -
