Mom Confessions
My dh's one household chore is to handle the trash. Well, instead of taking out the trash where it belongs he is leaving it on our front deck, right by our front door, in large black bags. Four of them have piled up now. Also, we just got a new microwave. He has left the old one on our front deck also. We have carpool friends come to our house to pick up the kids for school. So embarassing. I wish he'd have a little more pride for where he lives.

I dont give my grown ass husband chores. We both just deal with whatever needs to be taken care of.

I don't give him chores. We work as a team to run our household and we agreed on how we would each contribute. I don't spout orders. pfft.

I would tell him to get his lazy ass in gear and take it out where he is supposed to!

When I used to work FT, he didn't pull his weight in that department.
I will say though, when he is home on long weekends, he doesn't mind running the vacuum. -
Dh doesn't have chores. I would just have to constantly nag him.

He usually does it without being asked. -
He doesn't have any set chores. He just helps with whatever needs to be done.
Sometimes I will ask him to do something and he forgets. No big deal, I just do it.
I really can't complain. He just spent his last few vacation days piling wood in the basement, installing baby gates, lowing crib and playpen, shoveling our huge driveway and cleaning up around the house.
I would also be embarassed if my garbage was piling up like that.
What is his reason for not doing it? He's not really "forgetting" if he's walking past garbage mountain every morning before work. lol

Well all our garbage is in a bin on our deck, all he has to do is put it out front on Friday mornings before he leaves for work. And he didnt last week, :/
I hate when that happens then we have an overflow of garbage for a while because they won't take the bin if its overfilled. -
dh does more than his share of work. im probably the lazy one lol
