I've decided that starting Monday I am going to start eating healthy!!! (Well TRY!!)

If you have ANY healthy, calorie conscious salads or snacks, please!!! Feel free to post them!!! :)

I need all the ideas I can get!

I want to lose about 6-7 pounds, then I want to begin running daily :)

    I started a new way of eating this week. It is called the 8 Hour Diet. If you are interested google it. Good luck to you!

     Join the healthy weight loss group! :)

    I am waiting for it to warm up so I can start walking again! I love going for nature walks so I am pretty over winter and ready to get back to my walking

    Try cheerios and peach or strawberry yogurt makes a healthy parfait and it tastes great!

    I use yoplait and chobani! any flavor works those are just my favorites!

    Chobani yogurt is awesome! My favorites are Apple Cinnamon, Strawberry Banana, and Pineapple. I keep veggies around for snacking. Carrots, celery, sweet peppers, radishes, etc.
