Ours was 111,000.00 for 4 br 3 bath pool and hot tub and awesome 2 tier deck.. 2400 sq ft yeah we got one awesome house!!!

130,000 4 bed/2 bath 1850 sq ft 1000 sq ft workshop on an acre -

Small yard but nothing but fields behind us and the neighborhood park in our side yard. -
Spalding county, we are planning to eventually buy in the Dawsonville/Gainesville area though.

We are looking to pay cash for something in the $275,000 to $350,000 range. We just can't find one that we like that does NOT have a pool.

I dont know the square footage, its was something in the multiple thousands but I cant remember if that included the enclosed porch or basement...Its a 5 bedroom on more than an acre with a detached garage, tool shed and work shed with pot belly burning stoves in all out buildings. Lots of fruit and nut trees on more than an acre of land on the edge of town. From my back window I can see the river and all the neighbors horsies...
I believe we paid $32,000.00...maybe it was $34,000.00 I cant remember, I know we jewed'em down a little bit but cant remember if it was from 34 to 32 or 36 to 34....anyways.... yup.

36,000 3br 2full bath. Idk how many sq ft can't wait to start the remodel I'm starting the kitchen next week.
