Mom Confessions
I feel pathetic. I got an eliptical on Jan 1, used it for the first time today, and after 10 minutes thought I was going to die! My heart rate was just over 140, I was dripping with sweat, my left knee, back, and feet were killing me. I originally wanted to work out for an hour, once I got started I decided to shoot for 30 minutes, I ended up stopping once I hit 1 mile (10 minutes). I guess I can always add another mile later on today. It can only get easier, right? I just hate myself for getting so out of shape that I can't do 10 flippin minutes of exercise!
