For me, it got easier with each passing day that I stayed busy doing other things, going to a friends house who is a non-smoker and watching movies and eating pop corn. Staying away from any situations in which there might be someone smoking a cigarette. It takes time for all of the nicotine to get out of your system. I made sure to drink lots of water to help flush the nicotine and junk out of my system faster.

Does it get easlier as the days go on or harder?
