Because it's for your health and your children's health.

Children of smokers are 85% more likely to smoke.

    YOU CAN DO IT MAMA!!!!!

My health was one of the big reasons why I need to quit. I am 29 and have the lungs of a 60 year old woman.

    Thank you

It's so worth it!! I was a 2 pack a day smoker and quit cold turkey just over 3 yrs ago. It was hard, but I'm so glad I did it.

Former smoker here. I've started and stopped so many times. Cold turkey worked best, keep your hands busy, I also chewed on straws. If I can do it you can too!

Definately for your health!! Think of ALL of the money you will be saving by NOT having to buy cigarettes!! You can do it!!! I smoked on and off for six years. I was never what you would consider a 'heavy smoker.' I usually could make a pack of cigarettes last 3-4 months. Thankfully, my Dr. has done the x-rays and a breathing test and told me my lungs are equal to lungs of someone who has never smoked. Of course, I had these tests done after being a 100% non-smoker for 20 years. I am so grateful I am not wasting money on those horrible things and that I was smart enough to quit before I did do any damage to my lungs!! GOOD LUCK to you OP!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!  :)
