Absolutely. I orgasmed frequently from rape. It was still rape. 

Rape isn't whether or not you enjoy it. Rape is whether or not you CONSENT to it. I did not consent, but my body responded the way a body is supposed to respond to sexual attention-- I had an orgasm. That doesn't mean I wanted it. It's just biology.

I doubt she is feeling pleasure but the body can react to stimuli. I'd say its more of a betrayal of one's body in a traumatic situation.

Of course it is still rape. Just because the body reacts to physical stimuli doesn't mean she consented.
