I called dcfs today..
They will not do anything to help this poor girl.
She has hand print bruises up and down her body. Her dad wont take her to the hospital. Her step dad and mom are the ones abusing her. The child is three and doesn't know better..
They wont do anything because I can not give the address of where the girl and her abuser lives.

Where are they supposed to find her if there's no address? It's not that they won't do anything, they CAN'T. How are they supposed to get to her?

I can give t he address of where the little girl is when she is with her father..
I do not have step dad and mothers address though.

That is sad....a lot of times they won't do anythign until it's too late!!

The proper way to word it would have been "dcfs CAN'T do anything"; "won't" infers that they have the means, but refuse to.

I babysit her for her father if he has something come up that he can't take her too when he has her.

The father isn't abusing her. They need to see the environment where she's being abused. If the father won't give up the information either, their hands are tied.
