Maybe. But more and more couples are choosing not to have babies or stop at only 1 or 2. So I guess by this reasoning we should crucify those too?

Abortion rates have dropped, can't be blaming abortion for less people.
Fact is more people are waiting to have children, less teens are getting pregnant & more people are educated on birth control.
Damn education seems to be the problem.
