Meatloaf recipe???

Anyone have a good meatloaf recipe they are willing to share?

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 egg
1/3 C milk
1/2 C Italian bread crumbs
1/4 C Heinz 57 sauce
Diced onion (1 small yellow is what I use)
Salt
Pepper

Mix and top w/additional Heinz 57
Cook at 350 about 50 min

I estimate everything and its always yummy!

I do a twist on it and use the preshredded cole slaw mix in mine.

I mix a package of Lipton French Onion soup mix in with the meat...add egg and crushed crackers and some Chili Sauce instead of ketchup...then top with Chili sauce and cheese.

I use the recipe on the back of the Lipton onion soup box. :)

I add a diced bell pepper, diced red onion, an egg and about 5 saltine crackers. I top it with half a cup of ketchup and half of a cup of syrup mixed together. Delicious :)

This but I top with tomato soup instead. If I get lazy, instead of cutting it all myself I grab a jar of salsa

I made a Mexican meat loaf not to long ago. Just mix in taco seasoning with the meat,egg and crushed crackers and some salsa. Top with Salsa and cheese. You can add onions or what ever you want to the meat mixture.
