At certain times of the month I can be. I just can't get enough and want to eat round the clock. I know it's not really the food addiction we are talking about though. I don't fall into that category, I know it's as real as any drug addiction.
Nope, ithink I used to be but I am eating much better these days. Smaller, more frequent meals, healthier options etc. I don't touch leftovers (I don't like most things left over anyway and dh has been loving having them all to himself) unfortunately I'm an awesome cook so it's been a little difficult but I have found a few ways of lightening the meals up as well
