How do you make your lemonade. i am not a lemonade person but im craving it. i just bought a mix to make it

I make it out of real lemons. My DH's uncle has tons of lemon trees in his yard so we get a bumload of lemons :)

I use 1 cup sugar 1-1 1/2 cups lemon juice bottled if I don't have fresh which I prefer, fill rest pitcher up with water add lemon slices if I have them -
How do you kbow how much sugar and lemon juice to mix with the water.

I like mine real sour so I just add a bit at a time until it taste good to me. I use about 1-2 cups of lemons & about 5-6 cups of water. Sugar usually ends up barely a cup. I like it tart. The kids add more to their cups hehe. Sometimes I squeeze in some lime juice too if we get limes. Yum.
