When is your LO no longer a baby?
November 25, 2012 at 6:04 PM
I've seen posts where people have argued "oh he's just a baby" when talking about a 4 year old. But then again I've seen people say "That's not a baby that's a toddler" referring to a 1 year old.

I know as moms our babies will always be our babies...

But what do you consider no longer a baby.

I will always refer to my kids as my babies, even when they are grown and gone LOL!

I get he is still YOUR baby, but would you consider him still a baby?

    Technically, 0-1 is a baby, 1-3 is a toddler, and 3-5 is a preschooler.

They will always be our babies. But I think whe they hit 18-24 months they are considered toddlers

If they walk and talk (even just a couple words) they aren't a baby, imo.  They're a young toddler.

Idk. My twins are 2.5 years old and I still can't get out of the habit of referring to them as "the babies." lol. But I don't REALLY think they're babies. I guess I would say past the age of 1, they become toddlers.
