Turkey is in the brine.. tomorrow I will clean house and maybe do some prep. Wednesday I will make pies and salads & whatever else I think I should do early.

I won't start cooking until Wednesday night. Even then, it will only be setting the sweet potato soufflee in the bottom of the fridge to set. Baking pies. Chopping veggies. Baking cookies. Etc.
