Well my daughter (shes 11) went to her room to play...Well I walked into her room to ask her something and what do I find but her having her pants down and was masterbating, This is the first that I know of of her doing it. I have NO clue on how to go about talking to her about this, I know this is natural but still I am embarresed....HELP...please no bashing, i know I should of knocked...

I'm sure she's just as embarrassed that you saw that. Good for you for not freaking out on her though. As previous posters said, I wouldn't even bring it up again.

I think I was too. Once I looked at porn just because i was curious and my mom walked in... She made me feel so ashamed and I wasnt even touching myself

Like you say, its natural. Just make sure you make yourself available to her should she have any questions. Maybe its time for the talk? You don't have to bring up that you saw her, just maybe think of a way to get a gauge of what is going on inside, to get an idea of what she is thinking about sex so you can give her the necessary parental input.

Whatever you do, do NOT do this. Don't say you're proud of your child in an instance like this. That'll freak her out even more. Don't even mention it. She went to the privacy of her room to do a completly normal, private thing. Something that doesn't need to be brought up ever.
