EWWWWWW Cold Sore!

How the hell can I quickly get rid of this thing?! Before Thanksgiving. I just popped up with a small cold sore yesterday, I HAVE to get rid of it before Thanksgiving. HELPPPPP!!!!

    Is that the only stuff for it? I do NOT want to pay $15 for a small tube of it... I will if I HAVE to but, I was hoping there was another way, lol.
