Mom Confessions
I have a prescription for Prozac but afraid to take it. I am afraid of the side effects because I have my nephew here and my 2 yr old ds. I don't want to get overly drowsy or shaky. Should I wait to take it at night? Will it be effective if I do?
Any help would be appreciated!

i took prozac years ago.. i didn't have any side effects like that at all.. in fact it gave energy & it worked really well. the only side effect i did complain about was it gave a low sex drive & it sort of made me uncaring after awhile. i had no emotion.

I use to take prozac it made me feel like a zombie. I'm on cymbalta now and so much better -

I have in the past. It didn't do much for me. I mean, it helped but I didn't feel any affects right away. -

I was on Prozac for a while and the first two days I felt off but after that things got better! It didn't really effect my sex drive so that was good, and I was really happy. Then I got to thinking and started worrying about taking it because I wanted my emotions to be my own, not some stupid pill.
