So we ordered a drifting rc car online for my sons birthday. Right out of the package there was something broken and it wouldn't drive at all! So they sent me a paid label to exchange it for another one, I still had to pay $20 to ship it at the fedex store because I didn't have the box. Get the second car and charge it, this one will NOT drive forward at all! I am pissed, this is the second one now and my son still can't play with his car. I told them that I now just want a refund, so they sent me the shipping info again but refuse to give me a paid label to return it for my refund! What asshats!
Is there a supervisor you can talk to? You will need to raise a huge fuss. Have you checked for similar complaints from others using this company? I always read reviews before I buy online. Good Luck Momma.
