I have no clue. I would think yes but here is a bump for a answer.
I just think it is the strangest thing. My ex husband did, a lot. Previous boyfriends did, a lot. Him, not so much. He also does not ejaculate a lot. He cums, quite often (were in a LDR at the moment, I am moving down in December) when were on Skype or in person, it just is not ever a big amount, either. I know everyone is different...it just seems odd to me.

Some guys have inactive Cowper's Glands and do not produce precum, other have very active Cowper's Glands and produce lots of precum.

I swear he must be. The first time I went down on him I was expecting a little sticky bit of clear stuff..nope, nothing. So, when we started having a lot of sex I noticed that he is ALWAYS dry there unless he has been in me, in my mouth or he just came. Oddest thing ever, lol.

Thanks :) ...it is no big deal to me he does not...I just wanted to know if it was possible, lol. I was just really taken aback.
October 15, 2012 at 6:28 AMI'm seeing two possibilities. But I'm mobile and very sleepy so I don't know which scenario is more credible or more likely. Either he has pre cum but it's not much at all and likely doesn't leave the penis. Or he does not in fact have pre cum.
But it seems accurate that the whole point of pre cum is to clean out the urethra and lubricate.
