I need a cheat sheet when it comes to losing wieght!..help!.any suggestions???

    Go for a walk after dinner. Eat less.

    - Eat less

    - Eat natural/unprocessed as much as you possibly can - fruit instead of candy, fresh veggies, homemade meals instead of fast food

    - Excercise - even if it's only to take  a walk down the block at first, every little bit counts

    - Drink plenty of water - when I think I'm hungry, I drink a glass of water before grabbing something to munch.  Often it's thirst, not hunger, and once I have the water I'm not hungry anymore.

    Try myfitnesspal.  My problem is I hate exercising by myself.  I need exercise also.
