What I'm thinking of doing now is wrapping up this cute monkey/pacifier and just telling him I found something for him at the store and letting him unwrap it.
Any other cute ideas you guys have?

Buy him a shirt that says "World's Greatest Dad." and gift it to him.

He's already has three kids that he adopted from his previous marriage. He wouldn't get the hint, he would think I just bought it because of his oldest kids

I taped my pregnancy test to the glass door, right at his eye level.
First, DH walked right past it and didn't notice.
Then, when I got him to look at the door, he yanked it off the door and said "Whose is THIS?!" Like some crazy girl was taping her tests to doors or something...
So no. I failed.
The next one we found out together b/c i was at the doctor for a cat scan and they did a blood test to be sure I was OK to have this dye stuff. Nope, couldn't get scanned. LOL

Glue the grain of rice into the ring box, give it to your man and say, This is the size of the fetus in my belleh right now.

Wait til you get married and get pregnant, and then buy the youngest step kid a "Big brother/sister" t-shirt to wear.

Get your youngest child to answer the question "What are YOU going to be in ____(the month you're due)___?" with "A BIG SISTER!" or "A BIG BROTHER!" *Depending, obviously. ;)

Buy a plain white coffe mug, take a permanent marker and write congrats daddy, or something like that on the bottom of the inside of the cup, then put it in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes, make him a cup of coffee and when he's done... SURPRISE! You could do it with a white ceramic bowl too, if he doesn't drink coffee.
